Delete your data

You can ask us to delete your Neon Dash player account and everything stored online for it, whether you played anonymously or signed in with a Unity account.

How to ask

1. Open Neon Dash and go to Compete. Note the name under Your name.
2. Email amirusgaming@gmail.com with the subject Delete my Neon Dash data, and include that name. If you signed in with a Unity account, include the email address of that account too.
3. We'll confirm by email once your data is deleted, within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your player account and player ID
• Your player name and all your leaderboard scores
• Your cloud backup of game progress
• Runs you recorded for challenge codes

What we keep

Nothing that identifies you. Live race lobbies are already removed automatically shortly after each race.

Data on your phone

Progress saved on your phone isn't touched by this request. To remove it, uninstall Neon Dash or clear its storage in your phone's settings.
